This Maltese flag is in great condition and is made of separate, sewn cotton panels. It features the George Cross on both sides of the flag. King George VI awarded the George Cross to Malta on April 15, 1942 in recognition of its courageousness during World War II. The symbol was later officially added to the Maltese flag on 28 December 28, 1943.

This flag measures in at 3'x1.5', has no fraying/damage and little to no fading or staining.
