This is an extremely odd and rare variant of the Gibraltar flag. The standard design of the flag typically features a red lower field whereas this one is green. I've looked everywhere and even consulted with two different Commonwealth flag experts and even they are stumped! So we're just going to chalk this up to a fluke. It is highly unique and is likely the only one of its kind in existence.
